New Michonne Footage From Walking Dead Season 3
Michonne is a seriously tough zombie slayer who was introduced as a new character at the end of season 2 of The Walking Dead.
A video clip was posted on Indie Wire.
In the clip we find out Danai Gurira, who portrays Michonne, had a month of sword training. Watch her practice with a professional sword trainer.
Gurira, calls sword wielding “such an amazing craft.”
She goes on to describe her character Michonne as self taught, economical, effective, and efficient. She also calls her character rare, and acknowledges you don’t come across this very often (presumably the role).
She sounds pretty grateful from the role, but after seeing these clips can you doubt that she deserved it?
