Don Cheadle Raising Money For Jazz Film ‘Miles Ahead’

Don Cheadle has organized an IndieGoGo campaign to raise money to produce a film about one of the greatest all time Jazz musicians, Miles Davis. Davis was a trumpet player who developed jazz from its fast-paced bebop stages in the 1940s to more mild, but equally complex, sounds of Jazz Fusion in later years. Cheadle’s campaign has been up for a few days, and only a few days remain. He set a goal of $325,000 with a time limit of 7 days. Currently he has raised $89k. He needs a big donation in the final days to meet his goal. Campaign perks for donations range from T-shirts to a round of golf with Cheadle in LA.
