Alright TV Releases Episode 1 Of Web Series “No Laughing Matter”
Alright TV is a YouTube channel which produces feel-good, premium shows for faith-friendly viewing. They’ve just released the first episode of No Laughing Matter. It stars Michael K. Williams (Boardwalk Empire, The Wire) as a false prophet who just so happens to be the pastor of a church.
In episode 1 of No Laughing Matter, Pastor Daniels calls in a member of his congregation  after finding out he has been ridiculing him in his comedy routine. The young man explains that the pastor, who quotes rap lyrics instead of scripture, steals the churches money, and gives the choir snuggies instead of choir robes, deserves every bit of ridicule.  Pastor Daniels counters poorly by explaining that Biggie, Tupac, DMX were, in fact, prophets.
