Lifetime Presents Twist Of Faith Starring Toni Braxton
Twist of Faith is the second original film that will be airing during Lifetime’s celebration of Black History month. The film stars Toni Braxton as Nina, a single mother and singer in a small town gospel choir. In the film she comforts Jacob, an Orthodox Jew and musician, who has witnessed the murder of his wife and three children. Jacob finds Nina’s church after abandoning his Jewish rituals and wondering aimlessly into Brent, Alabama. Nina, along with her gospel community, help him to heal and feel alive once again.
It will air Saturday Feb 9 at 8/7 c.
