Tyler Perry’s  Inman Park studio is be re-developed for no less than $70 million according to Atlanta Black Star.

The new studio has been called a “mixed use” development meaning it will include residential units and dining areas on the premises.  Paces Properties LLC is developing the new grounds and could start on the project in just a few weeks.

In summer 2012 Tyler Perry’s studio burned down twice. The first time occurred in May, and the damage from the burning was so devastating that the cause could not be found.  The second incident occurred in August and smoking was determined to the be the cause.

Would you be hesitant to re-invest in the location after this unlucky year?
