A new USA Network buddy-cop drama series will star Think Like a Man’s Michael Ealy as L.A. Detective Travis alongside Warren Kole. The duo play the LA Police Department’s top detectives in the Robbery-Homicide Divison. In spite of these credentials, the working relationship of the pair is filled with conflict and bickering. The police captain demands they go to to something like couples therapy so they can work together more harmoniously.

Here’s a summary of Michael Ealy’s character thanks to the USA Network

“A product of street living and the foster system, Travis has gained the uncanny ability to read people. It’s a skill that he’s used time and again to bust the bad guys, and to make sure that he’s always got a date. However, this ladies man’s habit of treating the precinct like his own personal singles bar, as well as his seeming inability to apologize for his mistakes, can often make his – and his partner’s – job more difficult.”

USA Network has posted an interview on their website in which Michael Ealy discusses his role.

The Show premiers Friday 5/11 at 10:00 P.M. Eastern Time.
