Corbin Bleu – From High School Musical Sidekick To Broadway Leading Man
Corbin Bleu, perhaps best known for his dance moves in the High School Musical movies, has taken over for Hunter Parish as Jesus, the lead in Godspell. The musical Godspell is based on the parables in the Biblical book of Matthew. The soundtrack is based on religious hymnals, but set to more modern music and tempos. Thank goodness for the progressive casting on Broadway. Does Bleu look anything like Parish (below), the actor he replaced?
